Customer Feedback
Since 2005, when the workshop moved from Clissett Wood to Brookhouse Wood, we have handed out feedback forms for customers to fill in and return after their courses, about 60% of which are returned. We value these replies and use them to help us plan future developments.
The feedback form consists of three sections:
- An appraisal of the various facilities;
- Four questions about customer satisfaction;
- A space for other comments.
